I hope there are no spiders

Construction on the inside of my house started on Monday.

I went home after work and this is what I saw when I walked through the door.

I am excited about the progress that was made. The sheet rock was in the garage already but I forgot to take a picture of all the pallets.
It was very humbling to walk into my home and see the roof boards. No ceiling, no insulation, nothing!
And truth be told, attics completely freak me out.
I won't even go in ours. I will stand on the ladder with a broom and flip on the light before I will even think of poking my head up beyond the landing.
Something about the thought of spiders crawling around or even worse sliding down a web string and landing on my head.
The images of the movie Arachnophobia run rampant in my head.
I don't do spiders of any shape, size, or color.
No way! No how! Not happening! Not now! Not ever!
Did I mention I don't like spiders?

Ooh...I can't stand them either. Progress slowly but surely! :)

I'm right there with you! One time we had mulch brought in and in a couple of weeks, spider eggs hatched and the spiders covered the back of our house. It was horrible. Those big black ones. It ruined me forever.

I am so excited about your house coming along. I pray for you every day! Spiders scare me too!
